Object: shipping drink to Amazon
On 2/20/2023, the pallets were ready to be shipped (8 pallets).
As per Amazon's procedure, a workflow was created with an estimated shipping date of 2/21/2023.
The shipment was entrusted to Kuehne and Nagel, Amazon's courier partner.
The procedure required the courier to contact us to confirm the pickup time by the next day, Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest, but this did not happen.
We immediately contacted Amazon customer support and the courier itself, but didn't receive satisfactory responses.
We are communicating with a dedicated Amazon team that is handling the situation because it is not clear what went wrong.

There are two shipments because the drinks having two different labels, so have two different SKU codes.
Currently, the latest update from Amazon a few hours ago is as follows:
